Accepting these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Nawabi Bites when you use the customer website, create an account, submit a reservation, post a review or place an order. By completing customer registration, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not accept them, do not create an account or submit an online transaction.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be capable of entering a lawful transaction and must provide accurate, current contact and delivery information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly updating details that could affect an order or reservation.
We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, repeated non-payment, interference with the service or serious violation of these Terms.
Menu, prices and availability
Menu descriptions and photographs are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but preparation, portion appearance and ingredient availability can vary. Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and may change before an order is submitted.
Applicable taxes, service charges, packaging or delivery fees are displayed during checkout where relevant. A dish, variant, promotion or branch may become unavailable without notice.
Orders and confirmation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order becomes accepted when Nawabi Bites confirms it or begins preparation. We may contact you to clarify details, offer a substitution, adjust an unavailable item with your agreement, or decline an order.
You must review items, branch, fulfilment method, address, contact details and total before submitting. Automated acknowledgements confirm receipt, not necessarily final acceptance.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
You agree to pay the confirmed total using an available payment method. Bank-transfer or wallet orders may require successful verification before preparation or release.
Cancellation is not guaranteed after food preparation begins. If Nawabi Bites cancels an accepted prepaid order, the eligible amount will be returned using a reasonable available method. Refund timing can depend on the relevant bank or payment provider.
For missing, incorrect or materially defective items, contact the restaurant promptly with the order number and relevant details so the team can assess an appropriate remedy.
Delivery, takeaway and dine-in
Quoted preparation and delivery times are estimates. Weather, traffic, demand, address access and events outside reasonable control may cause delay. You must provide a reachable phone number and a safe, complete delivery address.
For takeaway, collect the order within a reasonable time after notification. Dine-in and QR orders remain subject to branch seating, table and service policies.
Reservations
A reservation request is not confirmed until Nawabi Bites accepts it and sends or communicates confirmation. Please arrive on time and notify the restaurant if plans change. Tables may be released after a reasonable grace period where the party has not arrived or contacted the restaurant.
Special requests are considered but are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
Allergies and dietary requirements
Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must speak directly with the restaurant before ordering. Menu descriptions alone should not be relied upon as an allergy guarantee. Kitchens handle multiple ingredients, and accidental cross-contact may occur despite reasonable care.
If a dietary requirement is severe, confirm whether the branch can safely accommodate it before completing an order or reservation.
Loyalty, promotions and reviews
Loyalty points and promotions have no cash value unless expressly stated. Eligibility, expiry, redemption thresholds and participating branches may vary, and benefits may be corrected where issued through error, misuse or a cancelled transaction.
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, deceptive or privacy-invasive content. You retain ownership of your review but grant Nawabi Bites permission to display and format it for restaurant marketing and service-improvement purposes. We may moderate content that violates these standards.
Website use and intellectual property
Nawabi Bites branding, photography, menus, copy, layout and other website materials are protected content. You may use the website for personal customer purposes only. You must not scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, impersonate another person, bypass security or use the service to distribute malicious material.
Third-party services such as maps, authentication or payment providers may have separate terms. Nawabi Bites is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Service availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but may suspend features for maintenance, security, outages or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nawabi Bites is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from events outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits such exclusion.
Governing law, changes and contact
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. The parties should first try to resolve concerns directly and in good faith; any unresolved matter remains subject to the courts or authorities having lawful jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms as the website or restaurant services evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to future activity.
